No Story Required?
Saturday 22 April
2.30-3.30 pm
Auditorium 2

Does poetry have to convey that traditional sense of having to mean something? Does it need to tell a story, or an experience? How can it break the rules, experiment with language and form and challenge preconceived notions of what a poem should be? We ask three poets how they push the boundaries of what it is to ‘mean’.
Poets: Shastra Deo, Nathan Shepherdson, Pascalle Burton
Host: Kent MacCarter
Accessibility: This venue is wheelchair accessible.
Ticket Types: $15 (waged), $10 (unwaged), $20 (generous supporter)
